ABC has decided to make a Game of Thrones style reality series– I have no idea how this will work, but the promos make the series look like so much fun. Honestly, I’m just watching for the costumes. Hey, it’s cheaper than a dinner at Medieval Times.
Rush – 9pm USA
The speed at which I have become addicted to Rush is alarming. It is well-plotted, the characters are amazing and Tom Ellis is just knocking it out of the park as the old school, troubled doctor Rush. This is the summer show you need to be watching.
The Honorable Woman – 10pm SundanceTV
Maggie Gyllenhaal’s miniseries is a must watch simply because of Gyllenhaal, one of the very best actresses working in Hollywood today. Furthermore, this event series appears to be a labyrinthine look at the political climate with strong feminist undercurrents. It has the potential to be something great.
